The Faculty of Arts was created on the basis of the specialization of the direction of "Music Education" and "Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics" since the adoption of the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education No. 404 dated May 2, 2019.

The department "Engineering Graphics" began its work on September 3, 2019 based on the order of the rector No. 367 dated May 7, 2019, and the head of the department is Associate Professor Nigina Zhamalavna Mullazhonova.
Currently, the department employs associate professors: S.Kh. Zokhidov, I. Suvonkulov, N.Zh. Mullazhonova; senior teachers: Zh. Rakhmatov, Sh. Zhumaev; teachers: E. Shavkiev, J. Khalikov, B. Khuzhamurodov, U. Karshibaev, E. Khairiev.
Over the past three years, the professor - the teaching staff of the department prepared and published more than 5 teaching aids and methodological recommendations for students. Also, teaching materials on subjects were prepared and provided to students.
Today the department includes 3 associate professors, 2 senior teachers and 6 assistants.
At the department there are scientific circles "Young artist" (scientific supervisor Zh. Rakhmatov), "Design" (scientific supervisor Zh. Kholikov) and "Young engineer" (scientific supervisor Sh. Zhumaev).
Currently, the department has agreements with universities:
