O’zbekistonning innovatsion rivojlanish strategiyasi: ta’limning asosiy o’rni

Samarqand Davlat iniversiteti rektori R.I.Xalmuradov Rossiya Federatsiyasida chop etiladigan «Высшее образование сегодня» jurnalida «Стратегия инновационного развития Узбекистана: ключевая роль образования» mavzusidagi maqolasi nashr etildi. Ushbu maqola Rossiya va O’zbekiston oliy o’quv yurtlarining rektorlari o’rtasidagi O’zbekiston oliy ta’limini isloh qilish borasida amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar, inson kapitalining rivojalanishi, uning milliy iqtisodiyotda raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlash, xalqaro oliy ta’lim tizimidagi tendensiyalar, ilmiy-pedagogik jamoaning xalqaro aloqalardagi o’rnini belgilash masalalari bayon etilgan.

The article describes the mechanisms of effective organization of the master's degree in higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan. A comparative analysis was carried out for international experience with the current master s degree in our country, its positive and negative sides were revealed.

Some conclusions on the analysis of the reform of higher education

The article analyses the current state of Higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the comparative analysis of the education system of well-developed Western countries, the problematic issues of two-level education (from the point of view of training personnel for various sectors of the economy) are disclosed and possible ways of their solution are considered.

Monitoring and evaluation of students' knowledge is an important factor of education quality

The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the rating system for assessing the knowledge of higher educational institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The results of the analysis of the experimental implementation of the draft of new regulations on the rating system developed at the Samarkand State University are presented.
