Should universities and institutes have their own kindergarten?

or the fate of married students...
Student mothers in the UK...
A student who has children in the UK is given at least 2 weeks of leave. Also, a student who is a father can take 1-2 weeks off. Universities believe that having a student with young children will not be an obstacle to education.
Provides comfortable conditions for this category of students. A student mother or student father who has children in accordance with the maternity plan document completed by the student will be able to take a certain term vacation.
In English universities, a kindergarten for children of students and teachers with young children is organized. These kindergartens provide services for children from three months to school age. The student is allowed to bring his child to class with him, leave him in a special kindergarten at the university, take him again when the classes are over. A separate program has been developed for students with pregnant or young children, according to which it is provided as suitable conditions for the student-mother's studies without violating academic standards. In this case, they choose one of two different forms of vacation. The first is a short vacation of 2 weeks, and the second is a one-year vacation, which is provided for child care. The student chooses one of them and continues his studies
Married students in America...
American higher education institutions provide special psychological and practical courses for young mothers, as well as counseling centers. Most universities in the United States also have special kindergartens for student children. In addition, the portal of young mothers, aimed at solving problems in all areas, is extremely useful for students with families.
The above examples are just a rattle from the experience of developed countries. So, what are the opportunities for students with young children in Uzbekistan?
According to the legislation of Uzbekistan, women students can take academic leave for pregnancy and Child Care, take short post-birth vacations or transfer their studies to a form convenient for them if there is a form of part-time or distance education in their direction. But almost no university or institute has kindergartens that serve the children of students with young children.
The situation in education of married student girls who are currently studying in higher education institutions cannot be called so good. In many cases, the responsibility in learning and the regulation of obligations in the child care process are beyond their reach. As a result, cases of mental tension and passivity in Reading are observed. A married student-girl spends her main time for her family, and the rest of her goes to class and work on herself. Naturally, in the process, it is often “betrayed for the right”of classes. Keeping studies and family relationships in balance is the main task facing a student-girl, while at the same time an urgent problem of the era.
Sharofat Tukhliyeva, chairman of the Advisory Council on women's issues of Samarkand State University, advisor to the rector:
- We will walk among the students on our activities and try to solve them within the framework of the opportunity, hearing the problems that afflict them. To date, the most frequent applicants for the Advisory Council on women's issues are students with families, young children. The council is always ready to support them, to help in accordance with the norms of the law. Most of the appeals are due to the fact that the student did not fulfill the task assigned to him on time, left a lot of lessons, and in case of problems caused, part of them is due to the lack of benefits provided to students with families in the educational system. I think this will not happen anymore. Today, every opportunity created for girls in higher education is not only an opportunity given to a girl through her to the same family, to a whole society, the good done. Previously, girls ' Studies at the magistracy were quite difficult and little observed. After all, the girl could not say “I study at the magistracy”, immersed in a family that had been paying contract money for four years. Now this can not be a problem. Because the contract money of girls studying at the magistracy stage is covered at the expense of the state.
Dildora Suleymanova, Lecturer, Faculty of psychology and social relations, Samarkand State University, psychologist:
- According to the habits inherent in the Uzbek people or stereotypes embedded in the minds of our nation, a girl acts in the tribe “give a girl for free if she has equal” in a family where a child is raised. As a psychologist-pedagogue, I am against it. Because transferring a girl without finishing her studies yet it will not have its effect on the psychology of both her and her knowledge. Why say that there will be a big difference between an ordinary girl and a married student girl. If you put a magnifying glass in the mind of that married student girl, you will witness her sitting in class with fantasies “today I could not have time to do this, I could not hear a word from my mother-in-law”, “my child warmed up at night, now you are fine”, “today we had to go to a guest with my True, human thinking is very well developed and can devote time to a lot of work at the same time, have time for everything if he tries hard. But this also has its own limit. It is especially difficult for our pregnant student girls, because given that this period is a very delicate period, they can become very quick-tempered and irritable to external influences, harm their health by saying that they will have time for family and study at the same time. How in this case will you bring training?! Especially today, improving the quality of education and training of qualified personnel have become our main goals. Our youth is entrusted with great responsibilities, and the requirements for higher education are not the same as before.
The bulk of student girls who come to my appointment as psychologists become married students. The main problem in them is nervousness, problems caused by the family and the inability to have time to study, inability to remember even so many readings and similar issues. One of the most basic reasons for this is the abundance of work, study, Family, Children, household chores... An attempt to concentrate on so many things at the same time will make any person mentally exhausted. At worst, psychosomatic diseases can occur as a result of very severe stresses. I'm not going to say that such a fate awaits student girls who are married to this. Of course, if there are loved ones who support our daughters and, most importantly, understand the student-girl, she will cope with it all.
Charduna Bazarkulova, student of the Faculty of international educational programs of Samarkand State University. At the moment, he is studying at the University of Sunchunyang in South Korea.
- Sunchunyang University, where I study, has a number of facilities for students with young children in a manner consistent with the experience of developed countries. In particular, classes for them can be put on a remote form. The university campus operates kindergartens that provide services for the children of the student and teacher-staff. Students with young children can give their children on the basis of favorable discounts. In addition, these kindergartens serve as a place of practice for students of the University's preschool education faculty, as well as being an additional source of income for the University.
In short, no matter how the situation is analyzed, the situation in the education of students and girls with young children, in the performance of assigned tasks and tasks, is different from that of other ordinary students. In the essence of every opportunity and innovation created in the education of girls, first of all, lies the knowledge of the girls of the nation, which is in the hands of the upbringing of the future generation. After all, educated, educated women who received higher education are the main reasons for raising an enlightened generation. Therefore, it should be an important task of society to create conditions for them to always receive support, quality education.
