“The SCO summit is also an important tool for the development of modern science...”

In today's global environment, a system of relations free from geopolitical conflict is necessary in all respects. Another important issue of our time is the dialogue between civilizations, common security and sustainable development. At the heart of each of the proposals considered within the framework of the summit is such a great goal.
An important event for the sphere of science, education and sports was the proposal to create a Forum of University Rectors within the framework of the SCO, put forward by the president of our country during a council meeting, to create additional formats, such as Days of Culture and Tourism, joint sports events and the Universiade. Relations between universities are becoming even closer, especially through the organization of a forum of university rectors between member states of the organization. I think that this cooperation will be fruitful in the implementation of plans to include our university in the international TOP-1000 rating.
The agreements and agreements signed during the summit created the conditions for accelerating active interaction between scientific and technical processes, further expanding joint scientific and investment projects, and consolidating existing opportunities between SCO members. At the same time, due to the formation of an environment for the exchange of professional qualifications and experience in a modern interstate production network, it becomes possible to train mature personnel that meet international requirements, achieve competitive results in the field of science in priority areas, expand the exchange of scientific achievements through the creation of a modern and developed scientific and innovative environment.
