The administration of Samarkand State University informs the following regarding these appeals:
Resolution No. 393 of 20.06.2017 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the regulations on the procedure for admission to higher education institutions, transfer, reinstatement and expulsion of students" Chapter 3, paragraph 25, "Differences in subjects in curricula
when it is determined, the student will be admitted to study as an academic debtor.
Resolution No. 824 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 31.12.2020, Chapter 8, Clause 41, at the beginning of the second letter, "Students in academic debt during the vacation or during the following semesters, in accordance with the amount of unutilized credits from the relevant subjects, from the amount of the basic payment-contract after making the payment, he will have the right to re-study unmastered subjects at his own expense"
At the Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov, the educational process is organized in the credit-module education system based on the relevant decisions and regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education. Students with academic debt in a variety of subjects have paid fees for the credits allocated to that subject for additional coursework. Fees are not required for taking exams for subjects with academic debt.
