A monograph by Sardor Umarov, PhD, director of the Center for International Educational Programs at Samarkand State University, has been published.

      One of the urgent tasks facing the history of Uzbekistan is the process of independent development, an in-depth study of the country’s internal and external political activities, and comprehensive impartial coverage. That is why it is important to study the formation of the republic’s foreign policy, its basic principles, history and development of bilateral and multilateral relations with countries of the world. This monograph is intended to study the history of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany in 1991-2021. The monograph is intended for historians and those interested in the history of cooperation in Uzbekistan.
