The scientific seminar was organized jointly with scientists from the Kazakh-Turkish International University named after Ahmad Yassawi. The conference was opened by the director of the Scientific Research Institute of Turkic Studies of Samara State University, associate professor Rohila Ruzmanova.
Lectures at the event were given by Professor of the Kazakh-Turkish International University named after Ahmad Yassawi Bulent Bayram, associate professors Cemalettin Yavuz, Merve Yorulmaz Kahve, Oguz Alparslan Catal, Burak Sozer, Nasiba Junaeva, SamSU PhD scientists Emra [Yilmaz, senior researcher Rahmatulla Shokirov.
During the seminar, Turkish experts gave a number of recommendations for publishing articles in journals included in the Scopus database.
