A meeting was held at Samarkand State University with a group of talented graduates selected for the reserve of promising personnel of the university, in the presence of the head of the organizational and personnel group of the regional khokimiyat, Behzod Rakhmatullayev. The main purpose of the meeting is the employment of graduates with strong knowledge and potential in their field, involving them in work in various areas of public administration.

At the meeting, the head of the organizational and personnel group of the Samarkand regional khokimiyat, Bekzod Rakhmatullayev, emphasized that the main requirement of the time is the training of high-quality personnel with mature potential, noted that replenishment would be extremely important in improving the sectors of the economy and the national economy, lagging behind in development:

 - Every year, a reserve personnel group of the khokimiyat is formed in the region, which singles out educated students with deep potential from among the graduates of higher educational institutions of the region, and also provides employment in the relevant areas. For the khokimiyat of the Samarkand region, Samarkand State University is the main higher educational institution that forms the personnel reserve. Young people with a mature potential in their field, selected as promising personnel from among university graduates over the years, are actively involved in such areas as the economy, public administration, the national economy and construction. Today, these personnel work effectively in government organizations, public services and the private sector. This year, 106 university graduates have been selected for the prospective personnel reserve. I think that today's meeting will be a kind of step on the way for young people to form their own careers and start working in government organizations.

A promising reserve group of graduates includes, first of all, organizational, incoming students with strong knowledge in their field, excellent skills, a worldview associated with awareness of reforms in the country, knowledge of foreign languages and skills in accessing information in the international arena, independent thinking, deep understanding of responsibility and accountability. This reform will undoubtedly be an important factor in preparing young people for future activities in public administration and leadership positions.
