Rector of Samarkand State University, scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Khalmuradov is in China to participate in the Uzbek-Chinese educational forum.

      During the visit, he met with the rector of Heilongjiang University Wang Qingbao.

      During the dialogue, an agreement was concluded on the creation of a research center for the study of civilization, culture, history, Islamic philosophy and the history of statehood of Uzbekistan and China.

      Following the meeting, cooperation agreements were signed.
