    Программа грантов открыта для молодых преподавателей университетов, администраторов университетов и студентов, специализирующихся в смежных областях и специальностях.

    Также в процессе регистрации один из университетов, перечисленных в Таблице 1 ниже, должен выбрать установленную программу и зарегистрироваться, используя этот программный код.
