A new approach has been developed for optimizing chromatographic separation processes; Mono- and polymeric models, as well as empirical models, have been created for substance identification; Optimized methodologies for applying chromatographic methods for various purposes have been developed; The developed methodologies have been applied to the analysis of natural, synthetic, and medical objects; Modified sorbents for chromatography have been obtained; The textural, geometric, and sorption characteristics of the sorbents have been investigated.
