About department activities

In recent years, we can see that legal reforms are being carried out intensively in our country from the content of amendments and additions aimed at protecting people and their interests. After all, laws are the basis of social life and democratic development. Laws, first of all, serve the interests of the state and the people, creating the basis of society's life.

Trade unions of Uzbekistan carry out their activities in all territories of Uzbekistan based on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "On trade unions, guarantees of their rights and activities", "On public associations", "On non-governmental non-profit organizations" and other legal documents.

For the employer, the advantages of the establishment and operation of the trade union organization in the enterprise are as follows:

  • various benefits and guarantees given to employees in the enterprise are regulated by the collective agreement signed between the trade union organization and the employer;
  • the employer is able to identify the problems of the employees through the organization of the trade union in the enterprise and solves them together;
  • the employee of the legal service of the trade union organization provides free legal-practical assistance regarding the clear and consistent implementation of labor legislation in the enterprise, the effective application of labor relations legislation, and the correct formalization of personnel-related documents maintained and accepted by the enterprise;
  • provides free legal advice, conclusions, referrals based on legal documents on labor, economy, family and civil legislation;
  • the labor protection service of the trade union provides close assistance in ensuring compliance with labor protection rules at the workplace, creating safe working conditions;
  • the guide on labor protection in the enterprise improves his skills in trainings organized by trade unions;
  • through active participation in various contests, actions and forums organized in the system of trade unions, acquires the right to receive various privileges and prizes introduced by the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan;
  • at the expense of the initiative and funds of the initial trade union organization in the enterprise creates an opportunity to hold holidays, spiritual-educational and sports-health events, and thereby achieves the stability of a permanent healthy environment in the team;
  • it is possible to take employees and their family members on preferential trips to various historical cities of the republic, which in turn ensures a positive mood among employees;
  • has the right to use the trade union's free organizational and legal assistance in setting up the activities of newly established enterprises, organizations and institutions, preparing the necessary documents and conducting legal examination of documents, depending on the need;
  • resolves or prevents disputes between the employer and the employee related to labor relations that have arisen or may arise before the court;
  • with the help of legal service employees of the trade union, in order to further increase the legal consciousness and legal culture of the employees working in the enterprise, legal promotion and propaganda work is organized on national and international labor standards legislation, international conventions ratified by Uzbekistan;
