During his scientific and pedagogical activity Associate Professor Orifjon Raupov published 2 textbooks, 1 methodical manual, 3 methodical guidelines, 4 articles in VAK and 4 international scientific journals, which were dedicated to deep substantiation of scientific-theoretical aspects of physical culture and sport. Author of more than 80 scientific articles.
He is the author of the textbook "Methods of teaching in selected sports", and the author of the methodological textbook "The physiology of motor activity in sport and the factors which develop physical qualities". During his career, several articles titled "Modern science and higher education are foundation of science and development", "The role of physical culture in tne education of a developed generation" and "Section: Phisical culture and methods os education" were published in foreign journals Web of Scientist: International Scientific Research Journal (WoS), included in scientific database Journal Impact Factor.

Kosimova Rano Akhmedovna Associate Professor in the Interfaculty Department of Physical Culture. Since 2000 she has been working at the Interfaculty Department of Physical Culture at Samarkand State University. Rano Kosimova has published more than 180 scientific-methodical articles on the problems of physical culture and sport. She is the author of 14 methodical recommendations, 7 textbooks, 1 monograph, 1 textbook. She also participated with her articles in more than 70 national and international scientific-practical conferences. Associate Professor Rano Kosimova has been supervising the student sports camp at Samarkand State University for many years. |

Kurbanov Akbar Aslamovich Since 1998 he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Interfaculty Physical Culture at Samarkand State University. During his career Akbar Kurbanov published 3 articles in scientific journals indexed in Web of Science databases. Akbar Kurbanov is the author of 4 educational-methodical developments, 2 scientific programs. He has published 3 articles in scientific journals of the republican Higher Attestation Commission. Participant of more than 60 international and republican scientific-practical conferences with articles. |

Isayev Negmat Islomovich Since 1998 he has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of Interfaculty Physical Culture at Samarkand State University. Oblanazarov Fakhriddin Asadovich Assistant of the Department of Interfaculty Physical Culture. During his career, Fakhriddin Oblanazarov has published 2 methodological manuals, 1 textbook and scientific articles in 8 national journals. The Samarkand team under his leadership took third place in the sports competitions "Universiade-2016" and "Universiade-2020" and was awarded the Presidential gift. |

Mirzaev Laziz Tolipovich Since 2018 has been working as an assistant teacher at the Department of Interfaculty Physical Culture at Samarkand State University. Candidate for the master of sports in volleyball. Since 2021 is an independent co-researcher at Samarkand State University. Conducts scientific research on the theme "Mechanisms of special means of physical training in qualification of pupils of 5-6 grades in volleyball". |

About the Department of Interfaculty Physical Culture Samarkand State University Department of Physical Culture and Sports was founded in 1927. In 2015, the department operated under the name "Interfaculty Department of Physical Culture and Sports", and in 2021 - "Interfaculty Department of Physical Culture". Currently, the department is conducting research work on the topic "Organization of physical education and sports activities during the lesson in academic areas." In accordance with the main theme at the department performed a number of research works. These works are one of the current problems in the field of physical culture and sports today. The study of these problems is of great scientific and practical importance in the comprehensive improvement of the sphere of physical culture and sport. |

With this in mind, a number of professors and teachers of the department have conducted scientific research on the main scientific theme, published scientific articles, teaching aids, as well as applied the results of scientific research in the system of training bachelor's degree specialists in the direction of physical culture. The results of scientific research carried out at the department within the framework of scientific and technical programs are implemented into the educational process. The professors and lecturers of the department carry out a number of research works on the main theme and apply the results of scientific researches in the system of training of specialists in the field of physical culture. |

To date, teachers of the department have created more than 10 textbooks, teaching aids, texts of lectures, educational and methodical manuals, collections and instructions. Also more than 5 monographs, about 10 popular scientific brochures, more than 20 scientific collections, about 300 scientific articles and more than 150 popular scientific articles are published. Educational disciplines taught at the department Physical Education and Sport Bachelor's Degree More than 20 athletic clubs operate in all areas of the undergraduate program. |
