Talented students at Samarkand state university

Positive traditions are held at Samarkand state university in order to support and award talented students. Adopting the students into scientific researches and creative surrounding of the university, special attention is paid for attracting them in participation in State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, named scholarships, competition on disciplines, contests, scientific projects in the framework of State program, to the scientific schools and constructional offices, conferences and seminars, for publishing article, story and poems in scientific and public publications.

 The students of Samarkand state university participate actively in contests of State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and named scholarships and competitions on disciplines. During independence years, our 19 students were the winners of State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 118 students were the winners of State Scholarship of Navai, Beruni, Ulugbek, Islom Karimov.

More than 180 students got honourable places on competitions of discipolines. Besdies it, annually almost 20 students get University Scholarships named after academicians Аkbar Otakhodjaev, Vohid Abdulklaev, Gafur Gulyam, Boturkhon Valikhodjaev, Sadi Sirojiddinov, Ibrohim Muminov, Yahyo Gulomov and Jura Saidov in order to stimulate talented students.

Kurbanova Aziza Davlat kizi was admitted to the "Applied Psychology" bachelor's course at the Faculty of  Psychology and Social Relations of  Samarkand State University in the 2019-2020 academic year.

Kurbanova Aziza has published more than 15 scientific articles and theses. She has obtained the international IELTS certificate in English.

Urmonova Khurriyat has regularly participated in various contests and competitions held between republican, regional and higher education institutions, and has won pride of place. About 10 of her articles have been published in national and international magazines and conference materials.
