ATTENTION ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS!
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 No. 563 “On measures to increase the level of housing coverage of students in higher educational institutions of the Republic” provides for the creation of student hostels on the basis of public-private partnership.
The resolution provides for the attraction of private investment in the construction of infrastructure facilities, the reconstruction of repair requirements and the organization of their use in order to meet the growing needs of higher education institutions in a timely manner.
The private organization LLC "The Best Story in Samarkand" took the initiative to build, equip and manage a student dormitory for 400 people on the territory of Samarkand State University named after Sharaf Rashidov on a public-private partnership basis.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 10, 2019 PRU-537 “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2020 No. 259 “On Improving the Procedure for Implementing Public-Private Partnership Projects”, the concept of this project was approved by the Samarkand Sharof Rashidov State University. A private organization plans to provide students of Samarkand State University named after Sharaf Rashidov with modern comfortable housing.
In order to express interest in the implementation of this project, interested parties must submit their requests and proposals by April 21, 2023, 18:00 Tashkent time.
