    Kholmurod Khasanov, Professor of the Department of Nuclear Physics and Astronomy, Doctor of Technical Sciences, was born in the Samarkand region. The 77-year-old scientist has been working in various positions in a number of organizations and Samarkand State University for more than 52 years.


    Mahmudjon Nasrullaev, Associate Professor of the Department of History of Uzbekistan, was born in the Urgut region. The 69-year-old scientist has been working in various positions at Samarkand State University for more than 47 years.
