The ceremonial event was attended by Rustam Kholmurodov, the rector of Samarkand State University and a scientific figure of Uzbekistan; Beybut Atamkulov, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan; Tilep Bolat, the rector of the National Pedagogical University of Kazakhstan; Adilbek Musabaev, Deputy Governor of Abai Region; Azizbek Nasimov, head of the Regional Department of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Ministry of Education; Jo'liboy Eltazarov, dean of the Faculty of Philology at SamDU; and others.
The main objective of opening this center is to conduct collaborative research, organize international conferences and internships, and deepen the study of the Kazakh language and culture.
