Main Results of Research:

 

Developed selective semiconductor gas sensors capable of measuring microconcentrations of various toxic and explosive gases; Portable gas analyzers enabling rapid, automatic detection of different gas concentrations based on gas sensors have been developed; Patents for the developed sensors and the automatic gas analyzers based on them have been obtained in the Republic of Uzbekistan; Synthesis and research of semiconductor gas-sensitive materials are underway.
