Turli zaharli va portlovchan gazlarning mikrokonsentratsiyalarini o‘lchashga imkon beruvchi, selektiv yarimo‘tkazgichli gaz sensorlari ishlab chiqilgan; Gaz sensorlari asosida turli gazlar miqdorini tezkor, avtomatik aniqlashga imkon beruvchi portativ gaz analizatorlar ishlab chiqilgan; Ishlab chiqilgan sensorlar va ular asosidagi avtomatik gaz analizatorlariga O‘zbekiston Respublikasining patentlari olingan; Yarimo’tkazgichli gaz sezgir materiallar sintezi va tadqiqoti olib borilmoqda;
