2007-2009 - Head of the Department of Tajik Literature at Samarkand State University;
2009-2012 - Acting Dean of the Faculty of Philology of Samarkand State University;
2012-2016 - Professor of the Department of Tajik Language and Literature at Samarkand State University;
2016 - present - Head of the Department of Tajik Language and Literature, Samarkand State University;
Since 2023, he has been a professor at the Department of Tajik Philology and Foreign Oriental Languages at Samarkand State University. 

 

 

In the 60-80s of the 20th century, he defended his candidate and doctoral works on the problem of literary criticism, which became important and relevant in Tajik and Uzbek literary criticism, and published many articles. He published 5 monographs and 1 textbook on this topic. Numerous articles have also been published devoted to the study of the creativity of Tajik-speaking writers of Uzbekistan.
