The genre of qasida in Uzbek literature

Main results of the scientific research:

The emergence of the qasida genre, its boundaries, characteristics, stages of formation, development, and the study, analysis, and interpretation of 15th-century Turkic qasidas have been documented to contribute to the history of Uzbek literature, literary theory, and the creation of research, textbooks, and methodological works. The significance of qasida’s weight, rhyme, rhyme elements, and literary imagery in ensuring the text's perfection has been demonstrated. It has been shown that Turkic qasidas cover vital themes such as promoting the idea of the ideal person, extolling the virtues of patriotic and nationalist individuals, reminding them of their duties to the people and nation, leading towards noble goals and ideas, and urging the high regard for human dignity, thus playing a significant role in the development of contemporary worldviews and thinking and the moral and ethical advancement of society.
