The first qualifying round for spelling English among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Spelling Bee) will be held by the US embassy in September-October 2022.

    Spelling Bee is a competition that requires participants to pronounce the letters of English words spoken to them one by one. Only undergraduate students between the ages of 18 and 25 can participate in the competition.

    This competition will be held in 3 stages:

  1. Territorial stage. Higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In September 2022
  2. National stage (in Tashkent). The winners of the regional stage will take part in this; In October 2022
  3. Regional stage (in the city of Tashkent). At the Central Asian Spelling Bee Program, the participants who won the national stage in the Central Asian countries will test their strength. In November 2022
