Scientific research is underway to create an ethyl alcohol detection sensor

Associate Professor of the Department of Analytical Chemistry of Samarkand State University, Ph.D. in Chemistry Zulfiya Murodova teaches students such disciplines as "Gas Analysis", "Analytical Chemistry", "Environmental Analysis". To date, more than 120 of her articles have been published in national and international scientific journals. She took part in prestigious international conferences in Germany, Austria, Ukraine, as well as in such Russian cities as St. Petersburg, Moscow, Volgograd. His monograph "Gas Analysis" was published in Germany. In addition, she is the author of the textbooks "Qualitative Analysis", "Chemical Methods of Gas Analysis". In her research, she conducted experiments on the "Creation of a sensor" that determines the content of ethyl alcohol in the gas-vapor mixture.
“Ethanol is a common toxic and psychoactive substance,” says Zulfiya Muradova. - Its mixture in air is explosive. Therefore, it is important to control the amount of ethyl alcohol in the gaseous medium. In experiments, I tried to investigate the activity and selectivity of a number of substances in the oxidation process in order to select selective catalysts for the ethanol detection sensor.
