Shukhrat Valiev, a researcher at the Department of Plant Physiology and Microbiology of Samarkand State University, has been participating in the international GRO-LRT program in Iceland for 6 months.

      This project allows you to purchase innovative solutions to environmental problems, environmentally sustainable methods of using natural resources.

      It also introduces the latest eco-physiological methods and developments in the field of ecology and restoration of pasture lands.

      In parallel, the researcher conducts scientific research on pasture ecology under the guidance of Associate Professor Toshpulat Radjabov, Director of the Institute of Agrobiotechnologies and Food Security of SamSU.

      For reference, the GRO-LRT international program has been operating since 2007. To date, about 200 young researchers from more than 10 countries are improving their knowledge and skills in the field of ecology. Also, 5 researchers of SamSU have taken part in this project so far.
