Today is the birthday of Salikha Usmonova, Associate Professor of the Interfaculty Department of the Russian Language, Samarkand State University.

      Salikha Usmonova was born in 1955 in the Forish district of the Jizzakh region. The 68-year-old scientist has been working in various positions at Samarkand State University for 46 years. In 2008 she was awarded the medal "Khalq ta'limi a'lochisi".

      On the occasion of today, the university staff sincerely congratulates Salikha Usmonova and wishes her success in her scientific work, long life, good health and peace.
