The first Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Samarkand State University, Professor Akhmadjon Soleev took part in the first forum of Uzbek-Tajik rectors. At a prestigious conference held in Tajikistan, the parties discussed issues of international and scientific cooperation and signed a number of agreements.

      Within the framework of the forum, Ahmadjon Soleev held negotiations on the preparation of scientific articles and monographs together with the Samara State University and the Institute of Economics and Trade of the Tajik State University in the field of the national economy.

      An agreement was reached with the Sadriddin Aini State Pedagogical University of Tajikistan on the organization of student exchange based on academic mobility.

      It is also planned to organize scientific seminars, conferences and forums together with the Technical University of Tajikistan named after Osimi and the Khujand Polytechnic Institute.
