Toshpulat Rajabov, Director of the Institute of Agrobiotechnologies and Food Security of SamSU, Associate Professor:

      - Today humanity lives in the age of civilization and development. Time itself proves that science, with all its possibilities, is the reason why the true bearers of knowledge are at the top in any field. We must not forget that our ancestors, who once thought about nature and the universe, created the first stages of science, contributed to these evolutions, and that this country has always been the cradle of knowledge, culture and thought. Together with science, national values were inherited from our ancestors. One of the loudest news from Navruz to Navruz was the creation of the Institute of Agrobiotechnologies and Food Safety of SamSU. From the first days of the institute's establishment, we have focused all our attention on the areas of scientific activity and international cooperation. In this regard, for the development of scientific research at the institute, one can cite as an example the creation of a research laboratory for the transfer of agrobiotechnologies, organized trips to a number of countries to establish international relations. Over the past period, we have visited countries such as Italy, Hungary and Japan, and in addition to establishing international cooperation relations in relevant fields, we have studied foreign experience. In particular, our visit to Japan's Tottori University with the rector of Samarkand State University, Rustam Khalmuradov, opened the door to important opportunities for both parties. At the moment, a lot of work is being done to send SamSU students to study in Japan under such programs as student exchange and co-education.
