German students studied at the summer school of Samarkand State University...
Students of the Berlin Technical University of Germany, who visited Samarkand State University as part of the summer school, completed a three-week training course. During this time, 15 German students got acquainted with the culture, history, values and traditions of our country.
They also participated in Russian language seminars. Foreign students were awarded certificates and souvenirs for studying at SamSU summer school.
- This is my first visit to Samarkand. I heard about Samarkand, but I had little information, says Angelina Yashina, a student at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. - I really liked your city. Nationality and humanity at the highest level. Your people are hospitable, people care about each other very much. They continue their traditions without losing their values and customs. I especially remember Navruz holiday. If we talk about SamSU, here I have the best opportunities. In a short time, I learned a lot about the university. All conditions, from study to living, are created for students at an excellent level. I especially liked the museums at the university. When I got acquainted with the zoological museum, I imagined that I was entering the world of animals. When I return to Germany, I will share my memories of Samarkand and the university with my loved ones. I am grateful to the leadership of SamSU for creating all the conditions and opportunities for us.
