A meeting was held for 1st-2nd-3rd year students of the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Intelligent Systems and Computer Technologies of Samarkand State University and their parents.

      Parents visited the faculties where their children study. We got acquainted with the activities of educational processes, laboratories, libraries, museums. Conditions in the lecture hall, kitchen and bedrooms were inspected.

      A film created according to the idea of the rector of Samarkand State University, scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Halmuradov was presented to the attention of parents. The film shows the life path of heroes who came from an ordinary family and achieved high results thanks to education.

      After the film screening, Rector of Samarkand State University Rustam Khalmuradov talked with parents and talked about the role of parents in raising children, the importance of learning foreign languages and the conditions created for students.

      - I also graduated from the Faculty of Geography and Ecology of Samarkand State University. Zarif’s granddaughter is studying at the Faculty of Intelligent Systems and Computer Technologies, says Bobur Tukhtamurodov. - I worked at school for many years. My granddaughter wants to be a teacher, I am very happy about that. The parents' meeting was useful for us. The education of our children plays a major role for us. The state has created all opportunities for the education of our children.

      - My son entered SamSU at the Faculty of Intelligent Systems and Computer Technologies because of his interest in free programming. Seeing the conditions created today at the faculty, I admired the learning process,” says Jonibek Komilov. - I was glad to see modern, comfortable classrooms and an IT center. Today's meeting was useful for parents. I saw the life of Sindar Puchai, one of the characters in the film, and admired his father. We should follow the example of such fathers. We need to work with the university to ensure our children continue to do better.
