The Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University announces the admission for the 2024/2025 academic year according to the state order parameters specified in Decree No. F-36 dated July 19, 2024. This announcement pertains to the state grant allocated for young compatriots residing abroad who have expressed a desire to study in the fields of Uzbek Language and Literature, History, Culture, Art, and Handicrafts (for full-time education).
Candidates wishing to participate in the competition for state grants for compatriots must meet the following requirements:
Candidates for the state grants for compatriots must meet the following requirements based on personal identification documents, either themselves or through their parents or grandparents:
Be a foreign national or stateless person who identifies as Uzbek or Karakalpak from an ethnic, linguistic, and cultural-historical perspective.
Be a foreign national or stateless person born and residing in Uzbekistan, but currently living permanently abroad.
- Have registered as an applicant in one of the undergraduate education programs listed by the State Commission for Foreign Nationals and been recommended for admission based on interview results.
- Be under 30 years old.
- Proficient in the Uzbek language.
