The rector of Samarkand State University Rustam Kholmurodov and the rector of the Seinazhok University of Applied Sciences Zhakko Khallila signed a memorandum of cooperation in order to further develop cooperation between the two universities, put into practice the plans identified as a result of the negotiations.

    Souvenirs were also exchanged as a symbol of establishing positive relationships.
