Irina Filipova, a staff member of Samarknd State University, who is the head of the project ‘Artificial Intelligence Regulation: European Approach for Central Asia’ (Project 101124510 – AIREA-CA – ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH), in January-February 2025 took a two-week internship at the University of Mercatorum (Rome, Italy) and the University of Bari (Bari, Italy). The aim of the internship was to familiarise in-depth with the materials and methods of research on the regulation of artificial intelligence in the European Union, to study the problems in the researched area. During the internship Irina Filipova attended a number of scientific events, the most significant of which was the seminar ‘Digital Assets and their Legal Application and Development in Asia’ held at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT).
