It was noted that this bill provides for more than 200 amendments to more than 60 articles of the Constitution. In particular, it was emphasized that the constitutional amendments will transform the norms of our general law, first of all, into directly applicable norms aimed at ensuring and protecting the personal, social, economic, political, cultural and environmental rights and interests of citizens belonging to different social strata. society.
