In the mahallas "Mekhnat", "Ipak Yuli" and "Baraka" of the city of Samarkand, an event was held to discuss the draft Constitutional Law "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan."

    Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry of Samarkand State University Noriigit Musulmanov discussed the attitude and proposals of mahalla activists on the changes being made.

     During the discussion of the draft law, an exchange of views took place on the current state of the mahalla, the place and tasks of the mahalla in renewing Uzbekistan, the essence of the changes and updates to the Constitution in the mahalla system.
