A creative meeting dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the People's Writer of Uzbekistan, poet, translator and scientist Muhammad Ali was held at the Samarkand Youth Center. The meeting was attended by People's Writer of Uzbekistan Muhammad Ali, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, editor-in-chief of the Zarafshan newspaper Farmon Toshev, literary critic Suvon meli, editor-in-chief of the Sharq Yulduzi magazine Sirojiddin Rauf, as well as members of the regional branch of the Writers' Union, young writers and amateurs literature. Speaking at the event, speaking about the work and literary heritage of the writer Muhammad Ali, they especially noted that he brilliantly coped with such a big and responsible task in Uzbek literature as the embodiment of the personality of Amir Temur, the creation of an epic novel covering the history of the Timurids.

    - The merits of Muhammad Ali in creating the image of Amir Temur-Sahibkiran in Uzbek literature, his ascent to the podium of our people are invaluable, - editor-in-chief of the Sharq Yulduzi magazine, poet Sirojiddin Rauf. - This great and noble deed, which began with the writing of poems about Sahibkiran at the very beginning of the creative path of Muhammad Ali, reached its peak with the creation of a whole epic novel about Amir Temur. In the epic describing the way of life of the Uzbek people in the 14th century, in the flow of historical events, the gradual growth of the image of Amir Temur, his characteristic features of justice, honesty, courage and patriotism are masterfully shown. The writer's contribution to our literature, his success in creating historical works deserve praise.

    During the meeting, contemporaries shared their memories associated with Muhammad Ali. The writer herself answered questions from fans.
