Samarkand State University was visited by a delegation led by the head of the department of strategic projects of Huawei in Uzbekistan Ruslan Boltaev. Members of the delegation were received by Vice-Rector of SamSU for International Cooperation Akmal Akhatov.

    The main purpose of the visit is the introduction of the Huawei Information and Communication Technologies Academy at Samarkand State University. That is, this academy has such areas as artificial thinking, data storage, information security, databases, new types of communication, computer networks, which involves the training of specialists specially selected from the university with knowledge of Russian and English and teaching teachers with their help and students.

    The issues of using Huawei equipment, introducing alternative energy sources at Samarkand State University were also considered. Later on, plans for the production of alternative energy based on solar panels were agreed with the scientists of the Samara State University.
