Leading professors and teachers of the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics and Trade of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of the Russian Federation visited the Faculty of Human Resources Management of Samarkand State University.

Akmal Akhatov, vice-rector for international cooperation of Samarkand State University, received the guests.

The purpose of the visit is to implement the 144-hour training program "Manager 3.0: Competencies of a modern human resources manager" of Russian scientists.

Training programs for 15 professors of the Faculty of Human Resources Management were organized from September 26 to October 21, 2022, and the first stage was held online. Now listeners are listening to the second round of the program offline.

At the end of training courses, trainees are awarded international diplomas and certificates on "Manager 3.0".

In order to continue such training programs conducted by the leading professors of the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics and Trade of the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of the Russian Federation, it is planned to involve other higher education institutions in Samarkand.

Also, a roundtable discussion on the topic "Ways to reduce poverty and increase employment in the period of transformation" with the participation of professors and teachers of the Institute of Industrial Management, Economics and Trade of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of the Russian Federation and professors of the Faculty of Human Resources Management of SamSU was conducted.
