Within the framework of the international conference "Pastures of Central Asia: Global Problems and Global Opportunities", organized at Samarkand State University, scientists from the Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan created a separate branch "The current stage of research on plant diversity in Uzbekistan: the role and prospects for the use of digital technologies." It was attended by the head of the laboratory of flora of Uzbekistan, academician Komiljon Tajibaev and a number of young scientists and researchers working in the laboratory.

     As part of this event, Academician Komiljon Tadzhibaev presented more than 200 copies of scientific literature and monographs published by scientists of the Institute based on the results of modern research conducted in recent years to scientists from the Faculty of Biology of SamMU. This scientific literature will allow the faculty and young researchers of SamSU to be aware of the latest achievements of Uzbek scientists in the field of floristry.
