      Today, construction and installation work is underway on the territory legally belonging to Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University.

      It was established that the applicant did not provide architectural opinions upon request and arbitrarily installed doors and window frames overlooking the territory of the university, without the consent of the university. This citizen was verbally warned several times that he was not allowed to leave the area due to the security of the university.
