As the name suggests, since this address is located on Universitetsky Boulevard, the construction and landscaping work here is subordinated primarily to the interests of the university. The interest of the university is the interest of the nation and the country.

     Thinking about this, of course, one should not forget about the principle of enlightenment and spirituality of Samarkand. At all times, the interests of the nation prevailed over the interests of individuals.

    By the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 13, 2022, the Comprehensive Program for the Development of Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov for 2022-2025 was approved. On the basis of this program, on the University Avenue of the city of Samarkand, on the basis of a number of legal documents, the necessary educational and other buildings for SamSU are being built.

     Paragraph 122 of the minutes of the meeting held with the participation of activists of the region during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Samarkand region on April 15-16, 2021 states: house 13-15, and at the address Termez street, house 7-9, located at the intersection with Mustakillik street. The Samarkand state government agreed on a proposal to build two educational buildings for the university for 1000 and 1500 seats. Also, according to paragraph 16, paragraph 5 of act No. 106 of the visiting meeting of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Aripov, held in Samarkand region on April 28, 2022, the territory of Samarkand State University is gradually expanding and is the only university. The program for the creation of the campus and the prospective development of the university avenue has been approved.

     According to the resolution of the khokimiyat of the Samarkand region dated August 15, 2022 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on enforcement of the above regulatory legal acts, in the city of Samarkand at Universitetsky Boulevard, house 13-15, and at the intersection of Termez streets, house 7-9, at the intersection Mustaqillik streets, a total of 33 (residential and non-residential premises) objects, these 33 owners were warned on the basis of the requirements of the Regulation “on the withdrawal of land plots and the procedure for providing compensation to owners of real estate objects located on the withdrawn land plot”, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on November 16, 2019 of the year.

    In this regard, in order to release land plots for the construction of two educational buildings for 1000 and 1500 places for Samarkand State University on the University Boulevard of the city of Samarkand, demolition of residential and non-residential facilities that do not have historical significance, unsuitable for use on the basis of regulatory legal acts, is carried out in the prescribed manner. On April 15-16, 2021, during a visit to the Samarkand region, in paragraph 122 of the minutes of the meeting with the participation of activists of the region, it was noted that “in the place of residential and other buildings of Samarkand State University, located at University Avenue of the city Samarkand, houses 13-15 and houses 7-9 at the intersection of Termez Street, residential and other premises of residents and legal entities located at the intersection of Mustakillik Street, for Samarkand State University and 1500, a proposal was agreed to build two suitable educational buildings. Also, paragraph 16, paragraph 5 of the statement of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov dated April 28, 2022 No. 106, held in the Samarkand region, approved a program for the phased expansion of the territory of Samarkand State University, the creation of a single university campus and the promising development of University Avenue.

     The allegation about the destruction of historical buildings, which was published in the Facebook group "Samarqandlik" (Я – Самаркандец) by the user Lazizbek Rakhmatov regarding the demolition of residential and non-residential facilities located on University Avenue, is completely unfounded.

     A total of 33 residential and non-residential facilities located at the intersection of University Avenue 13-15, 7-9 at the intersection of Termez Street and the intersection of Mustakillik Street in the city of Samarkand have no historical significance. Most of them have fallen into disrepair. Most of them do not fit into the style of the modern city, which is being updated...

    Today, in the "Year of attention to people and quality education", it is impossible not to pay attention to what is being done to develop education, educate the younger generation, the owner of a certain profession. Our great enlightened ancestors, such as Ishak Khan Ibrat, Abdullah Avloni, Mahmudhoja Behbudi, Hamza Hakimzada Niazi, created schools in their homes and dedicated everything to the enlightenment of this people. The reason why attention to education has been at such a high level since the past is because there is no thread that can lead any country into the world of science and education and ensure its bright future. Therefore, each reform carried out in the field of education must be analyzed with deep thought.
