Samarkand State University was visited by Christine Fernandez, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the University of Poitiers (France) and Brigitte Vannier, Head of the Master's Department.

      The Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of SamSU, Professor Akmal Akhatov met with the guests.

      The main purpose of the visit is to discuss educational programs at the master's level within the framework of a joint educational program in the field of bioengineering and IT technologies in cooperation and to organize joint training at the master's level in the future. It also provides for the further development of international cooperation relations, the establishment of an exchange of faculty and students.

      During the talks, the parties exchanged views on conducting scientific research at the Samara State University and the University of Poitiers at the level of doctoral researchers within the framework of joint educational programs.

      During the visit, the French guests got acquainted with the scientific laboratories and museums of Samarkand State University.
