800 chemistry students and 1,000 biology students from more than 1,200 schools in Samarkand took part in this olympiad, which was held at the district and city stages.

      The exam was held in two stages, and at the first stage a written work consisting of 5 tasks was handed over. The second stage was practical, and the students completed the task.

      The evaluation criterion was set to 50 points for each task, a total of 100 points. The exam was held honestly and transparently under CCTV cameras.
