Rector of Samarkand State University, scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Khalmuradov acquainted the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Academician Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov with the activities of the Institute of Biochemistry of SamSU, a recently built lecture hall, laboratories of molecular biotechnology and modern botanical research.

      The minister spoke with professors and teachers working in these laboratories. He stressed that these laboratories play an important role in the development of science. He stressed the importance of equipping them with modern technologies.

      The minister also visited the nuclear physics laboratory of the Institute of Engineering Physics. After evaluating the laboratory and the conditions created in it, he expressed his opinion on further work.
