Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Azerbaijan Hazar University, and Mustafa Soylak, director of the Center for Nano-Bioanalytical Chemistry, visited Samarkand State University.

 Vice-rector for international cooperation of Samarkand State University Akmal Akhatov met with Azerbaijani scientists.

 During the dialogue they discussed issues of student exchange, development of summer school programs.

 A cooperation agreement was signed at the end of the meeting.
