The device, which records solar flares, has been installed at Samarkand State University in collaboration with the International Space Weather Initiative (ISWI), supported by UNESCO's Committee on Cosmic Research and the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), and is now connected to the international network of radio spectrometers.

The device, installed at the SamDU Nuclear Physics and Astronomy Research Center, was implemented by engineers and scientists C. Monstein (Switzerland), C. Kathiravan (India), and B. Javier (Spain).

This is a highly important device that enables the independent forecasting of radio bursts and magnetic storms observed on Earth due to solar activity.

Currently, the increasing frequency of magnetic storms, attributed to the rising phase of solar activity, further underscores the importance of this device.

Practical training sessions and the recording of initial results are planned for the participants of the international seminar.
