Department for attracting foreign specialists and students and its tasks:

- organization during each academic year of work to attract scientists, teaching staff, and research workers from prestigious foreign higher educational institutions into the educational process of the university for the purpose of conducting short-term and long-term lectures, training seminars, round tables in industry areas and forming them list;

- collecting the necessary documents for organizing the activities of invited foreign specialists at faculties, providing them to the necessary units, preparing for signing an employment contract and providing them to special units;

- responsibility for travel expenses associated with the visit of foreign specialists and documents of this type, collecting the necessary documents and submitting them to the responsible departments of the university;

- preparation and posting on the university’s website of all informative visual materials regarding the opportunities created for foreign students to study at the university before the start of each academic year;

- organization of all official work related to the admission of foreign students to the university;

- preparing documents for obtaining visas for foreign professors, researchers and students and submitting them to the consular departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as ensuring the timely placement of visiting foreigners in university dormitories and registration of their residence through law enforcement agencies. Extension of visas for specified foreign specialists and students if necessary;

- attracting foreign professors and teachers working at the university to the educational process or cultural events;

- collecting information about students studying at the university (bachelor's, master's, exchange programs, doctoral students), placing them in folders, carrying out organizational work on the admission of foreign students to bachelor's and master's degrees, forming a database on the university website, bringing it to the relevant departments and preparation for signing;

- organizing work to attract foreign state higher educational institutions to regular training, through exchange programs, carrying out work to attract them to all educational and cultural events related to the activities of the university.
