The center is a subdivision of Samarkand State University (hereinafter referred to as the University).
The center reports directly to the university. The University manages the activities of the Center.
The Center is not an independent legal entity, does not have its own independent balance sheet, accounts and currency numbers in banking institutions, its own seal and stamp. Works on the balance sheet of the Samarkand State University.
In its activities, the Center is guided by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers. ministers, this Charter and other laws.

GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE CENTER
The main tasks of the Center are:
A new approach to the employment of graduates of human resource management in specialties, the creation of modern educational programs, as well as management, human resource management, the study of the methodological and practical foundations of human resource development, the improvement of innovative research activities, competitive personnel. based on modern human resource management systems. Further improvement of training and work mechanisms, targeted training of a new generation, development of strategies for sustainable development of human resources in accordance with the changing external and internal situation in the labor market, formation of a mechanism for social cooperation in the labor market, development and implementation of targeted internship plans; researching the demand in the labor market for students entering educational institutions, forecasting the demand for specialists in various sectors of the economy. do your job.
The main tasks of the Center are:
In the process of studying the theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of human resource management, conduct research based on the methods of the most advanced research centers in the world in collaboration with experienced, mature scientists and dedicated young researchers;
creation of modern textbooks, teaching aids, monographs, brochures for the university within the framework of the research object;
patenting innovations from scientific research, their application in the independent educational process of the University, making proposals and, if necessary, selling them to foreign research and educational centers;
development of programs related to human resource management;
implementation of scientific contacts and research in the field of personnel management with the participation of leading scientists from foreign universities, educational and research centers;
development of new interdisciplinary training programs for human resource management;
collection, analysis and systematization of materials in the field of personnel management;
participation in national and international grants for human resource management;
internships with the involvement of foreign specialists, master classes, the organization of specialized educational programs, the issuance of relevant certificates;
coverage of theoretical and practical research in the field of human capital and social development, foreign experience, review of new literature published in this area;
Organization of exchange of specialists with organizations, including non-governmental organizations, involved in human resource management in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad;
conducting research and design work, including the development of scientific concepts and development programs for the Center.
The center can perform other functions in accordance with the law.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CENTER
The Center has the following rights to perform the tasks and functions assigned to it:
Attraction of teachers and practitioners (experts) to the Center on a contractual basis (including on an hourly basis);
Acquisition of the necessary equipment and premises in the prescribed manner at the expense of funds and grants allocated by the University;
conclusion of agreements with foreign partners to ensure the implementation of the set goals and objectives;
advising on the main areas of activity on a contractual basis, providing other services and performing work;
Management of intellectual property created in the course of the Center's activities;
in the prescribed manner, take initiative on various issues related to human resource management;
cooperate with international and foreign organizations, research institutes within their competence;
posting materials about their activities in the media, on the official website, as well as on the Internet;
organize and conduct, within the limits of their competence, conferences, seminars, symposia, as well as participate in similar events held by other organizations;
The Center has the right to carry out international cooperation in agreement with the University on issues within its competence.
The Center may have other rights in accordance with the law.
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OF THE CENTER
The Center carries out international cooperation, concludes agreements with foreign partners, exchanges scientific information with certain international organizations on a mutually beneficial basis in the prescribed manner, and also carries out international relations in accordance with the law.
The center can organize a certain part of the educational process for students and professional development of professors and teachers in leading foreign scientific and educational centers, firms and international organizations.
Retraining and advanced training of foreign citizens at the Center, the organization of educational and research work of teachers and students of the Center in foreign countries and the accumulation of experience are carried out on the basis of international treaties, agreements between state bodies.
