Isokzhon Negmatov, PhD in Philosophy, Associate Professor. In 1985, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on "Problems of System Development".
He published a monograph "Economic Culture and the Epoch", a brochure "Philosophy of Life", a textbook "Ethics of Social Work" and a textbook "Ethical and Professional Values of Social Work".
In his scientific and pedagogical activity the scientist is the author of about 20 textbooks, 1 textbook, 1 manual, 1 monograph, 5 treatises devoted to profound substantiation of scientific-theoretical aspects of the work in the field of philosophy, national idea, basis of spirituality, sociology and social work. More than 200 scientific works were published. Published articles in 4 Scopus and 15 international scientific journals.

Yusupov Rakhimjon Karimovich Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor. He defended his PhD thesis on the topic "The History of Workers of Uzbekistan in 1945-1950. Currently, he is conducting research on "The Demographic History of Uzbekistan in the late 20th and early 21st centuries". Rahimjon Yusupov is the author of 4 manuals, 6 brochures, 8 scientific collections, about 270 scientific-methodical and popular articles. He is engaged in fundamental researches in the field of history, demography, sociology, history and theory of social work, study of public opinion, modern concept of education, modern theory and methodology of social work profession. In his educational and scientific-pedagogical activity he prepared 12 educational-methodical manuals and teaching aids on disciplines "Archives", "Methods of History Teaching", "History Studies", "Introduction to Social Work", "History and Theory of Social Work", "Demography" devoted to profound substantiation of scientific-theoretical aspects of carried out work in the field of history of population. |

Normamatova Makhsuda Nurmamatovna Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Social Work. In 2020 she defended her doctoral dissertation "Ideas of Postnoclassical Epistemology in Virtualism. Mahsuda Normamatova is the author of 1 textbook, 2 monographs, 1 textbook, 2 teaching aids. About the Department of Sociology and History of Social Work The Department of Sociology and Social Work at Samarkand State University was established in 1994 and operated under the name of the Department of Sociology. In 2005-2017, the department continued its activities under the name of the Department of Social Work. From 2017-2020, the name was changed to the Department of Social Sciences. Since July 1, 2020, it has operated under the name of the Department of Sociology and Social Work. Members of the department cooperate with higher educational institutions in India, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, USA, UK, France. Currently, the department includes Professor Dmitri Lushnikov of North Caucasus Federal University and the Head of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of Management, Academy of State and Municipal Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Sociology, Professor M. Bekmurodov. To date, teachers of the department have created more than 30 textbooks, manuals, texts of lectures, teaching aids, collections and instructions. More than 10 monographs, about 20 popular science booklets, more than 20 scientific collections, about 300 scientific articles and more than 100 popular science articles were published. Currently, the department is carrying out research work on "Topical issues of teaching sociology and social work and organization of social research in New Uzbekistan". |
