March 30, 2022 Rector of Samarkand State University, professor, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Kholmurodov visited the Presidential School in Samarkand and met with students. During the visit, an agreement was reached between Samarkand State University and the Presidential School in Samarkand to establish educational and methodological cooperation. It was also planned to organize master classes for students in the physical and chemical laboratories of the university.

    May 19, 2022 As part of the agreement, students of the Presidential School in Samarkand today visited Samarkand State University. For the first time, students visited the Youth Technopark of Samarkand State University and got acquainted with the activities of the technopark. Then they visited the teaching and research laboratories of the Faculty of Physics and the scientific laboratories for the measurement of optics, electricity and magnetism, and the electrical and magnetic properties of solids to learn more about their activities.

    “I study natural sciences,” says 10th grade student Dilrabo Orzikulova. - I was very interested in the scientific activities and laboratories of the Faculty of Physics of Samarkand State University. During today's visit, I received a lot of useful information. We received information from university professors about the use of new types of laboratory equipment for high-precision analysis. I was especially impressed by the scientific laboratory for measuring the electrical and magnetic properties of solids.

    “I really liked the Youth Technopark of Samarkand State University,” said tenth-grader Asilbek Toshbaev. "He teaches programmers computer literacy, mobile programming, Lego mindstorm, graphics and web design, robotics." Our school also has Lego mindstrom and robotics classes. I saw a lot of experts here and got a lot of useful information from them.
