Health:

    1. Drink plenty of water.

    2. Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine modestly.

    3. Eat more plant foods and avoid processed foods.

    4. Play different games.

    5. Read a lot of books.

    6. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes every day.

    7. Sleep 7 hours a day.

    8. Walk 10-30 minutes. Smile while walking.

    About personality.

    1 Do not compare your life with lives of others. You don't even know what kind of life they've gone through, you don't know their whole journey.

    2. Don't hold onto negative thoughts and objects that you can't control. Instead, switch your mindset to the good things in life.

    3. Don't aim for less than your potential. Know your limits.

    4. Don't argue too much.

    5. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.

    6. Dream more when you are awake.

    7. Envy is a waste of time. You have everything you need.

    8. Forget about past problems. Do not remember the past mistakes of a loved one. It will undermine your true happiness.

    9. Dont waste time on hatred. Don't look at others with hate.

    10. No one but you will be responsible for your happiness.

    11. Remember, life is a school, here you will understand it. Tasks are just part of the curriculum, they come and go like an algebra lesson in a classroom, but the lessons learned will be remembered for a lifetime.

    12. Smile and laugh more.

    13. You don't have to win every contest.

    With people:

    1. Call your loved ones more often.

    2. Do something nice for others every day.

    3. Forgive everything and all people.

    4. Spend more time with people over 70 and under 6.

    5. Laugh with people.

    6. What people think of you is none of your business.

    7. Your job doesn't take care of you when you're sick, your friends are in your soul. Stay in touch with them.

    Life:

    1. Avoid what is not useful for you, not beautiful and not joyful.

    2. Whether the situation is good or bad, it will definitely change.

    3 Get up, get dressed and go somewhere, no matter how you feel.

    4. The best is yet to come.

    5. Somewhere deep down you are happy. So get to happiness.
