I believe that Samarkand State University's relations with Turkish higher education institutions will be a worthy step towards enhancing the friendship ties that are becoming a tradition as a bright example of Uzbek-Turkish relations. The international conference "Sultan Yildirim Bayazid and Amir Temur" makes a fundamental turn in the study of international relations, science, and culture during the era of these two great historical figures. Participants of the conference drew on the portraits of Amir Temur and Yildirim Bayazid, socio-economic system in two countries, legal institutions and state administration activities, military art, architecture, literary heritage, Sufism in Islamic civilization, and examples of art of this period. Lectures are expected.
